The main medicines that I work with are Ayahuasca and an Ayahuasca analogue called Soma: a combination of Peganum Harmala (Syrian Rue) and a DMT source. My personal work with mushrooms has helped me quit smoking, take better care of myself, and has improved my relationship to myself and others. The pandemic sent me into a spiral toward my own “dark night” season - including leaving religion & my position as a pastor, coming out after a decade of conversion therapy, & navigating a late diagnosis of Autism in the spring of 2021 & OCD in December of 2023. It's like life pulled the rug from underneath me, & I was left to start building my life from scratch. I know first hand just how challenging life can be as a neurodivergent, & am no stranger to struggle. As your coach, I create a safe, non judgemental space for you to step into, filled with empathy & curiosity. Together, we will step into your story & explore.
