Since 2008, Katherine has devoted her life to the study of psychedelic medicine. She specializes in working with spiritual seekers, neurodiverse populations, queer folks, activists, sex workers, ethical non-monogamy, intimate partner violence recovery, grief, trauma, and healing from anxiety and depression. She earned a B.A from the Evergreen State College that was focused on Space Holding for Expanded States of Consciousness, and is currently a therapist in training at the California Institute of Integral Studies. Her work draws off of ideas from feminist theory, psychedelic ceremonies, and her own spiritual growth. She strives to create spaces that are safe, trauma informed, and sacred. In order to keep her work accessible, she offers her services at a sliding scale.

I am a queer and AuDHD psilocybin facilitator. I am also a Buddhist meditation coach and am trained in Hakomi. I specialize in: neurodivergence in relationships, polyamory, addiction, depression, spirituality, grief, and gender.

Extended Bio:
My personal work with mushrooms has helped me quit smoking, take better care of myself, and has improved my relationship to myself and others. It’s also fueled my creativity and given me a profound respect for the natural world. 6 years ago, ayahuasca helped heal my chronic depression and sent me on a deeper, more intentional journey with plant medicine. Through these experiences, I felt a calling to help create space for others to do this powerful work. I trained with InnerTrek, have received an undergraduate degree in psychology where I specialized in neuroscience and psychopharmacology. Mindfulness meditation has been crucial to my healing, and I attend annual silent retreats. I believe that psychedelics and meditation are synergistic, and that contemplative spirituality provides a framework for greater lasting transformation. I can offer customized meditation instruction that works well for those with ADHD or Autism.
