Extended Bio:

I hold a Masters of Arts in Holistic Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Somatic Psychology. As a psychotherapist, I have worked in various community mental health agencies with a focus on complex trauma. My approach is integrative, experiential, body-oriented, and trauma-attuned. In addition to supporting neurodivergent bodyminds, I also support folks in the art and practice of neuroqueering: the process of subverting one's neuronormative and heteronormative conditioning through the creative exploration, expansion, and alteration of one's neurocognitive functioning towards authentic embodiment. I acknowledge and honor all variations and expressions of ability, identity, cognition, sensing, and being.

Extended Bio:

My personal work with mushrooms has helped me quit smoking, take better care of myself, and has improved my relationship to myself and others. It’s also fueled my creativity and given me a profound respect for the natural world. 6 years ago, ayahuasca helped heal my chronic depression and sent me on a deeper, more intentional journey with plant medicine. Through these experiences, I felt a calling to help create space for others to do this powerful work. I trained with InnerTrek, have received an undergraduate degree in psychology where I specialized in neuroscience and psychopharmacology. Mindfulness meditation has been crucial to my healing, and I attend annual silent retreats. I believe that psychedelics and meditation are synergistic, and that contemplative spirituality provides a framework for greater lasting transformation. I can offer customized meditation instruction that works well for those with ADHD or Autism.

"My hope & intention is to co-create with you a “safe enough” relational container where you can explore, make sense of, & engage in reparative practices that will support self-retrieval & nervous systems capacity while healing attachment wounds & integrating soulful challenges (loss, discrimination, trauma, & psychedelic integration.) This is not a ""fix it"" space — this is a ""being with"" space of connection, care, & companionship. Attachment-based practices are different than other healing containers. This is a reparative practice of relationship. Moving at the speed of trust — while uplifting your autonomy & dignity — we navigate your lived experiences & goals through 1-on-1 sessions that can include somatic practice, parts work, ritual & meaning making."

Extended Bio:

I have worked with psychedelics as an integral part of my process of healing & evolution since 2014. This work brought me into ever more consistent contact with my energetic (or spiritual) guidance system. I began an ongoing process of healing & integration including moving through many of my own past traumas & patterns including sexual trauma, addiction, & bullying. Over time, I also experienced ancestral healing & gained direct experience of many layers of consciousness available to humanity at this time. I have worked with various teachers & completed a 9-month integration coaching certification to supplement my direct experience & the wisdom gained through my own ongoing integration process.
