I was late diagnosed autistic at age 33. This diagnosis launched me onto a never-ending self discovery journey. It helped me explain why my nervous system was shorting out, my hypermobility, my dysautonomia, my feeling of otherness, why doing life felt so difficult, etc. After a few years of autism, ADHD and hypermobility becoming my special interests, I was inadvertently guiding friends questioning if they were neurodivergent, too. These conversations were uplifting for both my friends AND me, so I started pursuing the path to becoming a neurodivergent specific coach, and here I am! I truly love informing people about their brain wiring and why knowing about it can make a significant difference in their lives.

My personal work with mushrooms has helped me quit smoking, take better care of myself, and has improved my relationship to myself and others. It’s also fueled my creativity and given me a profound respect for the natural world. 6 years ago, ayahuasca helped heal my chronic depression and sent me on a deeper, more intentional journey with plant medicine. Through these experiences, I felt a calling to help create space for others to do this powerful work. I trained with InnerTrek, have received an undergraduate degree in psychology where I specialized in neuroscience and psychopharmacology. Mindfulness meditation has been crucial to my healing, and I attend annual silent retreats. I believe that psychedelics and meditation are synergistic, and that contemplative spirituality provides a framework for greater lasting transformation.
