I'm an adult AuDHD (autistic and ADHD) coach with lived experience and training supporting individuals struggling with being neurodivergent in a world built for neurotypicals via Zoom sessions.
Seattle, Washington USAOnline ONLY
Extended Bio:
I was late diagnosed autistic at age 33. This diagnosis launched me onto a never-ending self discovery journey. It helped me explain why my nervous system was shorting out, my hypermobility, my dysautonomia, my feeling of otherness, why doing life felt so difficult, etc. After a few years of autism, ADHD and hypermobility becoming my special interests, I was inadvertently guiding friends questioning if they were neurodivergent, too. These conversations were uplifting for both my friends AND me, so I started pursuing the path to becoming a neurodivergent specific coach, and here I am! I truly love informing people about their brain wiring and why knowing about it can make a significant difference in their lives.

I'm your expert on the Amanita muscaria mushroom. Because this mushroom saved my life, I have dedicated the rest of mine to helping others learn about the powerful things this mushroom can do to help with anxiety, panic and the path of healing.
Ball Ground, Georgia, USAOnline ONLY
Extended Bio:
Amanita Dreamer is an educator on the Amanita muscaria mushroom. When she began in 2019, little information about this mushroom existed online, & what was available was inaccurate & potentially harmful. She suffered from debilitating panic attacks & anxiety & working to come off high-dose pharmaceuticals meant to treat her issues. Because this mushroom saved her life, she has chosen to devote the rest of her life to helping others learn about its amazing power. Leveraging 5 years of her own use & experimentation, she brings her rigorous investigation into the research & science along with the aggregated anecdotal information from thousands in her community. She has developed rules & nomenclature around the mushroom's use, spiritual impacts, & potentials for growth. She has also posed many related hypotheses. To date she's developed the world’s largest online repository of Amanita muscaria information, AmanitaDreamer.net, as well as an accompanying online community, MushroomVoice.com.

I am a transpersonal somatic psychotherapist offering neurodivergent-affirming embodiment coaching as well as psychedelic preparation & integration support services over Zoom.
New York, New York, USAOnline ONLY
Extended Bio:
I hold a Masters of Arts in Holistic Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Somatic Psychology. As a psychotherapist, I have worked in various community mental health agencies with a focus on complex trauma. My approach is integrative, experiential, body-oriented, and trauma-attuned. In addition to supporting neurodivergent bodyminds, I also support folks in the art and practice of neuroqueering: the process of subverting one's neuronormative and heteronormative conditioning through the creative exploration, expansion, and alteration of one's neurocognitive functioning towards authentic embodiment. I acknowledge and honor all variations and expressions of ability, identity, cognition, sensing, and being.

"My hope & intention is to co-create with you a “safe enough” relational container where you can explore, make sense of, & engage in reparative practices that will support self-retrieval & nervous systems capacity while healing attachment wounds & integrating soulful challenges (loss, discrimination, trauma, & psychedelic integration.) This is not a ""fix it"" space — this is a ""being with"" space of connection, care, & companionship. Attachment-based practices are different than other healing containers.
