I’m a meditation and psychedelic preparation & integration coach with ADHD. My approach to psychedelics draws on Buddhist teachings & personal experience working with psychedelics for over 25 years.

Extended Bio:
The main medicines that I work with are Ayahuasca and an Ayahuasca analogue called Soma: a combination of Peganum Harmala (Syrian Rue) and a DMT source. I have worked with a wide range of psychedelic medicines, in particular psilocybin and LSD, and I enjoy supporting individuals with diverse interests and preferences. Personally, I have found working with Ayahuasca and Soma to be particularly helpful for ADHD. The harmala alkaloids unique to these medicines have helped me to manage many of the symptoms of ADHD, most notably tendencies towards impulsivity and irritability, in ways that prescription stimulant medicines could not. The synergy of these medicines with meditation and Buddhist teachings have brought significant improvements in mental health and personal happiness.
