Seattle, Washington USAOnline ONLY

Extended Bio:

I was late diagnosed autistic at age 33. This diagnosis launched me onto a never-ending self discovery journey. It helped me explain why my nervous system was shorting out, my hypermobility, my dysautonomia, my feeling of otherness, why doing life felt so difficult, etc. After a few years of autism, ADHD and hypermobility becoming my special interests, I was inadvertently guiding friends questioning if they were neurodivergent, too. These conversations were uplifting for both my friends AND me, so I started pursuing the path to becoming a neurodivergent specific coach, and here I am! I truly love informing people about their brain wiring and why knowing about it can make a significant difference in their lives.

Extended Bio:

"My hope & intention is to co-create with you a “safe enough” relational container where you can explore, make sense of, & engage in reparative practices that will support self-retrieval & nervous systems capacity while healing attachment wounds & integrating soulful challenges (loss, discrimination, trauma, & psychedelic integration.) This is not a ""fix it"" space — this is a ""being with"" space of connection, care, & companionship. Attachment-based practices are different than other healing containers. This is a reparative practice of relationship. Moving at the speed of trust — while uplifting your autonomy & dignity — we navigate your lived experiences & goals through 1-on-1 sessions that can include somatic practice, parts work, ritual & meaning making."
