I have over a decade of experience working with nutrition & psychedelics. My master's thesis was on the intersection of emotional trauma, addiction, & gut health, & I work to support healing of nervous system disorders of all kinds. I have worked extensively with traumatic brain injury, depression, addiction, MS, PANDAS, & auto-immune conditions & have a deep understanding of how psychedelics can be used in conjunct with nutrition to provide long-term health stabilization. I practice with a health-at-any-size philosophy that small changes in diet can provide substantial results. No scales or questions about weight involved in my practice. The goal is to feel more comfortable existing in a human body.
