Extended Bio:
I hold a Masters of Arts in Holistic Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Somatic Psychology. As a psychotherapist, I have worked in various community mental health agencies with a focus on complex trauma. My approach is integrative, experiential, body-oriented, and trauma-attuned. In addition to supporting neurodivergent bodyminds, I also support folks in the art and practice of neuroqueering: the process of subverting one's neuronormative and heteronormative conditioning through the creative exploration, expansion, and alteration of one's neurocognitive functioning towards authentic embodiment. I acknowledge and honor all variations and expressions of ability, identity, cognition, sensing, and being.
